Just finished reading 'Catch Me if You Can' for an English assignment.

It was an interesting read and I ended up really enjoying it. Kinda want to check-out the movie now.

Is the movie the one with Leonardo DiCaprio playing a con man, cause if so I really enjoyed it.  I should probably read the book.

Double post since I'm to lazy to edit.  I'm thinking of reading alot more over the summer to try and get into some genres and authors that I may have skipped over in the past.  I am already planning on checking out some Lovecraft and plan on reading "On a Pale Horse".  Recommendations from all will be excepted although all of the books may not be read in a timely fashion.  Just throwing out there that I am more into fantasy novels mostly and some sci-fi to an extent.

Yeah, that's the one. And you should totally check out the book if you're interested.

I swear it takes me the amount of time to decide on a new book to read as it would for me to read the one I eventually choose

going with The Name of the Wind due to mentions in the other thread

You will NOT regret this. Patrick Rothfuss quickly became one of my favourite authors after reading it.

I can only second this.

I just finished Friday by Heinlein. Very mediocre for a Heinlein, but as a Heinlein still very, very good.

The content changes slightly in the second book, but it's still really really good.

It's really good.
Tokyo Vice and Anthony Bourdain's stuff is what's gotten me into reading a lot more non-fiction these days.
