Anyone else on here read Danberu nan kiro moteru?

Probably the only manga I've ever read consistently and has motivated me enough to join a gym!

Sporadically.

I got really into it for like a week but it's fallen fast.
Don't want to be messing with items and stuff, just a thing that rewards me when I do something right.
Now I just document my good habits on a calendar like a normal person

Man this 700x is really hitting those spots I totally like in the genres/tracks I listen to, lovely.

Thanks again for the recommendation Topher.

It's not the worst game, but it's still not great. And graphically it's just gross. Every level felt lifeless and sterile.

I feel like this has a lot to do with the fact that they had to forcefully shove the game onto as many consoles as possible because of those crazy stretch goals. My least favourite of all Kickstarter stretch goals. Studios should never sacrifice quality for their fanbase.

It's fascinating seeing how something that was soo hyped fell so far from expectation.

And that it started the trend of really hyped products because of their pedigree: Broken Age (with funding going to other games and being delayed), Yooka Laylee (love it or hate it + JonTron controversy), and the internet film trilogy as I like to call it (Rooster Teeth's Lazer Team, Angry Video Game Nerd Movie, and Pure Pwnage the movie [Does anyone still remember them??]) all generally got mixed to mediocre reviews.

I hate hype. I hate it so much. Whenever there's hype, I always wait for the explosion at the end. Sometimes it doesn't happen, and that's awesome. The Last Guardian came out with only a few minor scratches. But when the explosion does come, oooh boy...

In other news: SNES mini! We were expecting it in dreams and rumours and now it's got a price $80!
Like the silent majority+ incredibly snarky vocal, I'm hoping Nintendo has learnt from their mistakes and will produce a lot more this time around. They did eventually fix the amiibo shortages and holding onto Star Fox 2 to the few that were able to purchase the system would be downright cruel.

I often wonder if Nintendo did that on purpose, the NES Mini shortage. Like, marketing strategy or something. Same with the Amiibo shortages. The more people can't have a thing, the more they want it. So the demand gets higher and they sell more in the long run. I dunno. Maybe not.

I'd get the SNES Mini if I knew I could preorder it, like, a week before release at least. But I doubt it so hard. I can't just cough up $80 immediately.

Lets just hope bloodstain's further delay is all for the good.... :T

It's not the worst game, but it's still not great. And graphically it's just gross. Every level felt lifeless and sterile. Mighty Gunvolt Burst does not have that problem. There's so much character in everything.

Gameplay and fun aside, it is a garbage fire. I've watched it bluescreen 3 computers and just fail to ever boot on two more. It barely functions.

I did too actually, it just felt like a skeleton of its original concept though, by a very large margin.
